Blacksmithing Workshop (November)

Join us at the Cole Harbour Heritage Farm Museum for a one day "Introduction to Blacksmithing". The workshop takes place inside our historic Blacksmith Shop, a working shop developed within one of the site's original heritage barns.  The workshop gets underway at 9am.  You'll start with a brief presentation by the Blacksmith (fresh coffee provided!) on the process of blacksmithing and the role of the Blacksmith in the community. Christmas Craft and Bake Sale

On November 25th from 11am to 3pm, The Harris and Giles House will be filled with holiday gifts and crafts. The Farm Museum's bake table will feature scrumptious treats from CHRHS members as well as the farm kitchen. All crafts are locally handmade by the vendor. Join us for our 4th Annual Giving Tuesday Cream Tea! In exchange for your donation of $10 or more, enjoy a serving of our scrumptious English Cream Tea (fresh baked scones with homemade strawberry jam, fresh cream and tea or coffee).

The first 10 donations of $100 or more will go home with a fresh baked Rose & Kettle fruit pie! All proceeds support the Cole Harbour Rural Heritage Society and Farm Museum.

No reservations required, drop in anytime between 10am and 4pm.
