Soap Making Workshop (March)

A two-part artisan soap making workshop on Friday, March 22, 6 – 9 pm and Saturday, March 23, 6 – 7 pm will feature Nova Scotian soap maker Maggie Jenkins of Saltmarsh Soaps. Maggie has dedicated over 6 years to learning and mastering the craft. “The aspect of soap making that keeps me interested, is that every batch can be customized to what you want to create, you have complete control over the ingredients, the design, and the process from start to finish. I never get bored!”
Participants will be taught everything they need to know to safely make their own cold process soaps from scratch. Attendees will learn about scenting, using natural additives and how to source their own raw ingredients from suppliers. The workshop includes all raw materials. Participants will take home 9-10 of their own soaps.

Cancellation Policy: An administration fee of 20% will be deducted from all refunds.
* If the cancellation is requested a minimum of two weeks prior to the workshop date, a full refund LESS the administration fee will be issued.
* If the cancellation is requested less than two weeks prior to the workshop date no refund will be given.
