Another season has come and gone, and we are ready to buckle down and begin planning for next season! Most of the animals have returned home, to their farms. The sheep, however, continue to roam the pastures (though not for much longer – the temperature is dropping quickly!), and the farm will remain home to our chickens and ducks. We are excited to announce that the Cole Harbour Rural Heritage Society and Museum has been selected as one of four panelists to speak at The Documentary Heritage Communities Program in Ottawa. Collections Manager, Heather Adams, will represent the museum, presenting on the Rosemary Eaton digitization project. This seminar will also be webcast, and can be accessed here. Read More →
